Reifler, the CEO and Founder, founded Reifler Trading Corporation back in 1992. The company specialized in executing global derivatives. By 1992, Reifler had also founded Reifler Capital Management, a commodity pool advisor specializing in commodity-based and foreign exchange trading strategies. He also managed Refco, Inc. from 1995 to 2000.

Bradley Reifler’s right hand man in Forefront, company president Luis Marino, had his own equally stellar accomplishments. He was the Senior Managing Director of Global Plus+ Investment Management (GPIM), and First Vice President at Merrill Lynch International’s Latin America Group from 1998 to 2005.

Gustavo Serpa hailed from a successful career in creating networks and new businesses in Latin America. He was also President of Fiduciaria BNC, as well as First Vice President at Merrill Lynch International’s Latin America Group from 1998 to 2005.

Managing Partner David Watisowski came from the Pershing Division of Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette, where he worked as the Business Unit Comptroller and also Chief Financial Officer of the Pershing Trading Company. He also has an excellent record of managing financial and operations risk.

Fellow Managing Partner Meriwether F “Sambo” Lewis has over 25 years of stellar experience in the Institutional Equities business as a producer and manager. Sambo was also a member of the Executive Committee of SG Cowen.

Last but certainly not least, Senior Managing Director Renee M. Noto was previously the Founding and Managing Member of Talon Advisors, LLC, and has been active in financial services and hedge fund industries since 1989.
